Subscription Services

Synvexo provides digital subscription-based AI chatbot and automation services. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to recurring billing according to the selected plan (monthly or annual).

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method will be charged automatically.

Refund Eligibility

Because Synvexo provides digital services with immediate access, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription period has started.

However, we may consider refund requests in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Accidental payments
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the Service and cannot be resolved
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account while the matter is being investigated.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
